Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to this strict no refund policy.

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives damaged, you must immediately send an email to thecrystalfrogco@gmail.com. This email must contain images of all 6 sides of the box or both sides of the soft pack mailer, along with pictures of ALL packing material. The email must contain pictures and / or videos of the items damaged.

All packages are packed according to their needs. The Crystal Frog Co.  Is not responsible for your items once they leave our shop. Please add extra insurance if you have a box over $100. USPS  only covers packages up to $100. UPS only covers damages upto $20. Please add extra insurance.  The Crystal Frog Co. Does not cover the extra cost of insurance. Â
