Shipping Policy

Processing Time: At The Crystal Frog Co., we strive to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Responsibility During Shipping: Once your order has been dropped off at the post office or the UPS store The Crystal Frog Co. is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during the shipping process. This includes delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you encounter any of these issues, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS. We do not cover / help with claims. 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately when providing payment. We cannot alter the shipping address once payment has been made.

Insurance: The Crystal Frog Co.  Does not cover extra cost of insurance.  Please add extra insurance to your box! UPS only covers $20 in damages. USPS only covers $100. This is your responsibility to add extra insurance!

International Shoppers: International shoppers are 100% responsible for any custom fees that may apply.
